I'll visit Timisoara in order to gather information for a research related to the impact of the Cultural Capital of Europe Action on the city's spatial identity. I'll employ an innovative method to relate the Timisoara / ECoC's architectural and urban infrastructure, programmed in the context of the EU ECoC Action with the city's public-space qualitative properties, as I will define them through the extension of Space Syntax method. In my PhD I founded epistemologically the concept of 'urban spatial identity' by extending Space Syntax methodology, which is taught in the Bartlett, University College London, where I completed my Master of Philosophy (the Bartlett, U.C.L., is ranked #1 globally in the Architectural and Urban Planning courses).
