  • Combining academic courses and cultural adventures, this program aims to offer students the opportunity to learn about Ancient Greek Civilization and History through the lens of Modern Greece. Highly established tutors from NKUA will introduce participants to Greek culture and society and revisit significant stories, cultural norms and ideas of the classical past to highlight the important lessons and impact they‘ve had on modern civilization. The program includes courses in History, Philosophy and Ancient Greek Literature and Theater, as well as Modern Greek language classes. It will also emphasize learning beyond the classroom thus offering a hands-on learning experience in the rich cultural environment of Greece including visits at the most important museums and guided tours of the most influential monuments and sites of the Greek world.
