• Description

• The Festum-π 2023 summer school in Mathematics & Music will take place at the Department on Mathematics of the University of the Aegean, at Karlovassi, Samos Greece. This summer school is organized by the Department of Mathematics of the University of the Aegean and the Department of Mathematics of the University of Paris-Saclay. It will consist of different courses of final undergraduate level in Mathematics and lectures in music together with concerts. The goal is to shed a particular light on some cross-cutting fields, which build bridges between several areas of mathematics and music that are generally considered to be disjoint, in order to reinforce the idea of unity within mathematics and their connection with music.
